Ben has practised as a commercial lawyer working in technology for over 20 years. He has worked in NZ and the UK and regularly works with New Zealand companies doing business around the world.
He provides specialist advice on technology contracts, intellectual property, privacy and consumer law.
As well as working for large corporates and start-ups in private practice, Ben has also spent many years working in-house alongside CEOs and leadership teams at technology companies.
