Ben Winslade
Ben is an international and NZ expert in technology, privacy, intellectual property, and consumer law.
He brings decades of experience as a commercial lawyer working in technology. He has worked in top global law firms, for international and local tech companies, particularly alongside CEOs, founders, and leadership teams.
Once-upon-a-time he was also a founder of a tech start-up so he loves helping NZ companies to disrupt markets and do business around the world.

Tania's practice supports organisations and leaders to manage complex strategic governance and management issues, projects, disputes, and organisational change for the better. To do this she draws on her experience as a former executive leader of significant organisations and as a commercial litigator and public lawyer in leading international and NZ firms.
Her experience spans financial and legal services, education, international development, government, NGOs, Te Tiriti, and Māori entities.
A seasoned disputes resolution practitioner, she also conducts independent reviews, investigations, and is an accredited mediator.
